TradeWorX is hiring an experienced Shop Floor Foreman for a heavy fabrication facility in the Pittsburgh area. This is a full-time, first shift opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong fabrication knowledge, blueprint reading skills, and the ability to manage multiple crews and projects in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay & Schedule
- $30.00–$32.00/hour starting pay depending on experience
- Monday–Friday
- First Shift
- 40-hour work weeks
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily shop floor operations and production schedules
- Lead fabrication crews while maintaining productivity and quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and specifications
- Manage multiple fabrication projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met
- Assign work, monitor production progress, and provide employee guidance
- Enforce safety standards and maintain safe work practices
- Coordinate with management and project teams to resolve production issues
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Assist with training and development of fabrication personnel
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of heavy fabrication or structural steel manufacturing experience
- Previous foreman or leadership experience preferred
- Strong blueprint reading and fabrication layout skills required
- Ability to manage multiple employees and projects effectively
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of fabrication shop equipment, welding, and production processes
