    Job Summary

    The Fabrication Sales Assistant supports the Fabrication Account Manager with various administrative duties related to specific customer accounts.

    Summary of Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

    • Works collaboratively with internal and external customers to successfully drive the vision and mission of Kloeckner Metals
    • Processes data entry related to shipping logs, PO's, pricing, and other information
    • Complete Sales Order/Confirmation entries based on customer PO's
    • Assist with entering orders and tracking raw material inventory and transfers from KMC facilities to OOP locations
    • Input OOP production of fabricated components for accounts as directed
    • Update daily reports and account management tools
    • Assist Fabrication Account Managers with various duties as required
    • Other duties as assigned

    • Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment
    • High school diploma/equivalent or relevant experience preferred
    • Ability to interpret business information, prepare correspondence, and communicate effectively
    • Proficiency in basic business math, percentages, algebra, and geometry
    • Intermediate proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, inventory and order-processing systems, and email. Epicor experience a plus
