Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
Experience in pipe fabrication is required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, contracts, and governmental regulations.
Strong mathematical aptitude including geometry, ratios, percentages, and practical field applications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access.
Experience with Acorn/Spoolfab software preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and industrial job site safety practices.
Responsibilities:
Manage the smooth and efficient execution of assigned customer projects, crews, and resources.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quoted specifications.
Oversee scheduling of materials, equipment, subcontractors, outsourcing, and trucking to meet customer due dates.
Serve as primary point of contact for customers, providing project updates and coordinating inspections.
Supervise assigned work crews and authorize departmental schedule changes as needed.
Manage project invoicing and assist with accounts receivable follow-up.
Oversee quality control to ensure compliance with customer specifications, applicable codes, and company QA standards.
Review estimates, contracts, drawings, and purchase orders to ensure alignment and project readiness.
Manage project profit & loss statements and departmental budgets.
Promote customer satisfaction through proactive communication and execution.
Ensure adherence to company safety initiatives and OSHA guidelines.
Participate in company improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiencies and standardization.
