Fabrication Operator
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
HireCall is seeking experienced Fabrication Operators for a leading manufacturing facility in Tulsa, OK.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a clean, climate-controlled production environment where precision sheet metal components are manufactured. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with fabrication experience who are comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment.
As a Fabrication Operator, you will be responsible for finishing and preparing metal parts after the laser cutting process using a variety of fabrication equipment including saws, drills, mills, taps, grinders, sanders, and deburring tools. Candidates with Press Brake and metal forming experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate fabrication machinery and equipment
- Utilize saws, drills, mills, taps, grinders, sanders, and deburring equipment to finish parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Accurately measure parts using precision measuring tools
- Move completed parts to the next stage of production
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fabrication or metal manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience with metal fabrication processes and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency using measuring instruments including:
- Calipers
- Height Gauges
- Tape Measures
- Squares
- Angle Finders
- Knowledge of basic shop math
- Experience operating industrial machinery and equipment
- Press Brake and metal forming experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed throughout the shift
