Fabrication Manager - Steel Bridge

Location: Saint Louis, MO area (shop-based)

Position Overview

Our client, an established steel bridge fabricator, is looking for a Fabrication Manager - Steel Bridge to run shop operations in the Saint Louis area. Permanent, full-time.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day fabrication shop production
• Plan shop schedules, manpower and workflow
• Hold quality and safety standards in the shop
• Work with project managers to meet delivery dates

Qualifications

• Fabrication shop management experience, steel bridge or heavy structural preferred
• AISC quality program experience a plus
• Strong leadership and planning skills
