Description

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Fabrication Manufacturing Technician to work on-site with our client, a top-tier Fortune 1000 electronics company. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Support manufacturing and fabrication operations in a technical production environment.
Perform equipment maintenance activities to help maintain reliable manufacturing operations.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment and manufacturing process issues within assigned responsibilities.
Follow established maintenance procedures, work instructions, and manufacturing workflows.
Assist with preventive and routine equipment maintenance.
Document maintenance activities and equipment issues as required.
Escalate complex equipment or process problems to the appropriate technical or engineering teams.
Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
Communicate effectively with manufacturing, maintenance, and technical team members.
Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

Previous fabrication/manufacturing technician experience required.
Previous equipment maintenance experience required.
Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude.
Experience troubleshooting manufacturing or production equipment.
Ability to follow technical procedures, work instructions, and established processes.
Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with manufacturing and technical teams.
Strong commitment to safety and quality.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel.
Ability to work in a structured manufacturing environment.
Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including extended/12-hour shifts as required.
Education

High School Diploma or equivalent desired.
Technical, vocational, military, or other relevant hands-on training is a plus
