Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a second shift Fabrication Assistant in the Columbus, Ohio, area. Initial training will be on first shift.
Responsibilities
- Support various departments including Fabrication, Hardware insertion, Shipping/Packaging, and Powder prep.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities.
- Assist in assembling metal cabinetry and related products.
- Collaborate with experienced staff members.
Skills
- Ability to interpret prints and identify metals.
- Interest or experience in metal work and assembly.
- Operate finishing tools and equipment.
- Physically fit to handle tasks requiring lifting, standing, and bending.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Teamwork and independent work capability.
- Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a job shop environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
