Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fabric Maintenance Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support the delivery of offshore fabric maintenance programs on assigned deepwater assets in the Gulf of America. Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable for coordinating and driving the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of fabric maintenance activities for a major offshore operator.
Based primarily in the office, with periodic offshore visits to support planning activities, scope validation, and stakeholder engagement, the Fabric Maintenance Coordinator serves as the primary interface between offshore execution teams, inspectors, engineers, planners, and support functions. The role is responsible for execution readiness, offshore logistics, critical work scope coordination, and cross-functional integration, ensuring maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project priorities. The Coordinator also drives effective communication between offshore hitches, proactively resolves execution challenges, and monitors performance to maximize productivity and schedule attainment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience in offshore fabric maintenance. They will be capable of balancing operational priorities, managing resources, building stakeholder alignment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
