Reddick Brown Ford is seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our leadership team. The F&I Manager will be responsible for guiding customers through the financing process, presenting protection products, and ensuring every deal is handled with integrity, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to secure financing through a variety of lenders.
- Present and sell extended service contracts, GAP, and other F&I products.
- Review all sales contracts for accuracy and compliance with state and federal laws.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and transparent customer experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and product penetration goals.
- Maintain accurate records and submit all necessary documents in a timely manner.
- Stay current with industry regulations, compliance standards, and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of automotive finance experience preferred.
- Proven track record of high performance in F&I sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
