F&I Manager (Dealership experience required)

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous automotive dealership finance experience required
• Strong knowledge of finance products, lender relationships, contracts, and compliance
• Ability to present products professionally and confidently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work closely with sales managers, sales consultants, lenders, and customers
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• A positive attitude, fun personality, and team-first mindset
• Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience is a plus
