The F&B Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of account operations including the scheduling of team members, inventory and purchasing, and reporting. In addition, the F&B Supervisor must be willing to help fellow coworkers complete tasks.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages employee scheduling and time off requests.
  • Participates in responsible inventory management and purchasing.
  • Works with management to provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Provides onboarding and training support to new team members.
  • Handles transactions using the Point of Sales system.
  • Responds to guest’s needs and requests, effectively using suggestive and upselling techniques, and maintains service areas.
  • Completes steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction.
  • Understands and can describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation and pricing.
  • Responds to guest needs and requests.
  • Employs good safety and sanitation practices.
  • Follows cash handling and tip reporting guidelines.
  • Responsible for maintaining the stand sheet with inventory responsibilities.
  • Adheres to Unerra Company Guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook.
  • Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities.
  • Communicates guest issues to management.
  • Follows responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment.


Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have and maintain a valid Washington State Food Handlers Permit
  • Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.
  • Must be able to reach with hands and arms for one-third to two-thirds or more of the designated shift.
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
  • Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day.
  • Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly.
