Job Summary:

The F&B Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations at our location in Bloomington, MN. They will ensure that all food and beverage service meets company standards and customer expectations. The F&B Supervisor will also be responsible for managing staff, scheduling, inventory, and ordering supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee food and beverage operations
• Ensure quality of food and beverage service
• Manage staff, including scheduling and training
• Monitor inventory and order supplies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and regulations
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
