    We are seeking a highly motivated F-35A Deployable Debriefing Facility (DDR) Subject Matter Expert (SME) is to support the HQ Air Combat Command F-35 System Management Office (SMO) Division (HQ ACC/A5F) USAF F-35A site activation and beddown coordinator. This individual reports directly to the Operations Branch Chief, ACC/A5FO at HQ ACC/A5F and is aligned under the ACC/A5 Requirements Directorate.

    Responsibilities

    Assist HQ ACC in the management, execution, planning, programming, and staffing actions associated with the JSF program.Responsible for identifying USAF F-35A site activation and beddown requirements, as well as coordinate beddown of F-35A aircraft in support of USAF training, test, and operational squadron requirements.Provide program continuity, technical and analytical assistance in the preparation and presentation of background papers, briefings, General Officer (GO) correspondence, and other responses to requests for information (RFI) on F-35A program-related issues to include operational requirements.Manage and prepare budgets and briefings used during the Program Objectives Memorandum (POM) cycle.Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and represent HQ ACC/A5F on USAF F-35A, Site Surveys, Site Action Task Force (SATAF), and Program Planning (PPLAN) activities.Develop and prepare resource documentation and databases to support USAF F-35A program execution to include annual beddown plans (ironflow), flying hour requirements and projections, system requirements, and annual USAF procurement requests.Assist in tracking and analyzing trends, user requirements, and other key issues and develop documentation to support F-35A site activation requirements while identifying and mitigating risks associated with site activation and introduction of the F-35A Air Vehicle System.The position serves as the USAF F-35 Basing and Beddown Coordinator, representing HQ ACC, and liaising with the HQ Air Force (HAF), HQ Air Education and Training Command (HQ AETC), and the Combat Air Forces (CAF) elements (Pacific Air Command (PACAF); US Air Forces Europe (USAFE), the Air National Guard (ANG), and the Air Force Reserve Component (AFRC) on all aspects of basing and beddown of the F-35.Liaise directly with the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) Integrated Product Teams (Site Activation, Production Planning, Propulsion, Cost Sustainment, Training, Autonomic Logistics Information System, Air System Requirements, and Intro to Service) on USAF beddown requirements..

    Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.

    Three (3) years' experience on USAF MAJCOM or higher Air Force level staff (combination of active duty, Government service, or Contractor) in operations, or working specific program or subject area of the specific A5/8/9 mission area being tasked

    Ten (10) years of relevant experienceTop Secret clearance, SCI and SAP-eligible, Rated

    Travel: Requires extensive travel within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and occasionally Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS).

    Schedule

    Core hours are from 0800-1700 M-F - you can work with your customer leadership to set hours

    You can flex time during the 2 week pay cycle - avoid using PTO for appointments

    A compressed work schedule may be available at the discretion of work center leadership (i.e. 4/10 or 9/80)
