Imagine this scenario

You arrive for the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 11:30 PM–8:00 AM shift. Following Standard Line Conditions, you set parameters and bring the line online. A variance in gauge appears—you isolate the cause, tune the settings, validate with calipers and micrometers, and document the fix. By the end of your run, utilization is strong, scrap is controlled, and every quality check is recorded on time.

How you’ll make it happen

• Operate extrusion equipment safely and efficiently to meet waste, quality, and utilization standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues by adjusting components and operating settings.
• Recommend and implement improvements that elevate throughput and consistency.
• Conduct inspections and enter quality results without delay.
• Run strictly to Standard Line Conditions.
• Maintain accurate, timely production performance reporting.

What sets you up for success

• 1 year or more of manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and strong diagnostic skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred, not required.
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
