Extrusion, High noise level, hot in the summer and cold in the winter, high material temperatures, machines with many moving parts, fast pace work environment, concrete floors.

Skills are acquired through "on the job" training. No written tests are required to determine skill levels. Skill level is determined by peer/management observation.
