What You'll Do:
As a Carbon Extrusion Operator, you'll play a key role in our production process. This is a physically active role ideal for someone who enjoys staying on the move and working with their hands.

• 1st shift- 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep production running by regularly filling hoppers with carbon material

• Perform rough cuts on extruded carbon blocks directly from the extruders

• Operate a cut saw to finish carbon blocks as needed

• Lift and handle 55 lb bags of carbon material safely

• Climb steps and remain on your feet throughout your shift

• Support the team by completing additional tasks as directed by the shift lead

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

• Reliable work history and a strong work ethic

• Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting, standing, and repetitive motion

• A team player who takes direction well and is ready to jump in where needed
