A well-established Houston-area manufacturing company is seeking an Extrusion Machine Operator to join the team. This is a fast-growing, stable organization offering a hands-on production environment. The Extrusion Machine Operator is responsible for operating extrusion equipment to manufacture products according to technical specifications, production schedules, and quality standards.

Salary + Additional Benefits:

• $18–20/hr.

Type of Position: Direct Hire
Schedule: 6:00pm–6:00am (Dupont Schedule- 3days on/2days off)

Responsibilities:

• Operate extrusion machinery following production instructions.
• Inspect machines and auxiliary equipment before starting operations.
• Perform machine setup and calibration based on product specifications.
• Monitor critical parameters during the extrusion process.
• Record production data in SAP or production systems.
• Identify and report process deviations or equipment issues.
• Support preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain safe and organized work areas following 5S practices.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months – 1 year operating industrial machinery (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of extrusion processes
• Overhead crane operation (preferred)
• Basic SAP or production reporting
• Attention to detail
• Safety awareness
• Teamwork
• Operational discipline
