What You’ll Do

• Operate and care for blow molding machines, producing consistent, high-quality components.
• Continuously monitor cycle performance, material flow, and part quality to meet specifications and efficiency goals.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Partner with Quality Control to verify conformance and implement corrective actions if needed.
• Enhance product appearance using screen printing, serigraphy, and silk-screening techniques.
• Record production data accurately, maintaining thorough, up-to-date documentation.
• Model safe work practices and keep the work area organized and clean.
