About the Role
Join a plastics packaging operation in New Berlin, WI and keep extrusion blow-molding lines running at peak performance. You’ll fine-tune processes, solve problems on the fly, and ensure every container meets exacting customer specifications and quality standards.
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $22–34 per hour, based on experience
- Shift: Days, 6:50 a.m.–7:00 p.m., 4 days on / 4 days off rotating
What You’ll Do
- Set up, start up, and operate extrusion blow-molding machines
- Dial in processing parameters, troubleshoot faults, and make on-the-spot adjustments
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to maximize uptime
- Follow customer specs and plant safety practices at all times
- Maintain compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality requirements
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years old
- 1+ year hands-on experience setting up, troubleshooting, and running blow-molding equipment
- Comfort with basic computer/iPad tasks and Microsoft Office
- Mechanical aptitude and your own basic hand tools
Proficiencies
- Plastic extrusion experience
- Blow molding experience
