About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Huntington Beach. This position involves configuring, loading, operating, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with machinery, basic computer skills, and the ability to read and write in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and set up manufacturing machines for production runs
• Load raw materials and operate machines during production shifts
• Monitor machine performance to optimize capacity and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Document machine operation and maintenance activities
• Follow safety protocols and uphold compliance with quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Read and interpret machine instructions and related documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a machine operator
• Experience working with manufacturing machinery and in hands-on operations
• Basic computer literacy for documentation purposes
• Ability to read and write in English
• Must pass a drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Hands-on machine operation requiring manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Routine equipment maintenance and quality checks

Additional Information

The position requires wearing steel toe boots during work.
