Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain raw material level on assigned machines
• Construct proper packaging (crates, cradles, boxes, etc.) for profile being produced.
• Verify length of produced profiles, package per crate book instructions.
• Ensure packing label is correct for piece count, color, length.
• Cut up scrap and place in gaylords.
• Perform all aspects of extruder teardown and set-up.
• Perform all aspects of quality functions in accordance with QA work instructions.
• Troubleshoot raw material, die, and mechanical problems.
