    West Hartford Public Schools seeks candidates with a proactive and positive attitude to fill two positions for a full-time Extraordinary Needs Paraprofessionals at Norfeldt Elementary School. Candidates must be patient, respectful, and flexible with effective interpersonal skills. This is a 10-month position with full benefits working in the special needs program to support students with behavioral, social and emotional concerns. Lifting and other physical duties are associated with this position. Prior experience preferred. PMT training preferred.

    Paraprofessionals are expected to exhibit professionalism, punctuality, and attentiveness of job responsibilities at all times.

    Salary: per the paraprofessional contract.
