The External Relations Representative TPT position exists to provide technical and administrative support to the Senior Advisor to the President through researching information relating to Capitol Hill statistics and headlines, representing FOF at legislative and community events in Washington DC, and through the creation, maintenance, and distribution of management reports, memos, and other presentation documents; requires only general direction and works independently; refers unusual or complex problems to supervisor.

Personal Characteristics:
Knowledge/Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
2-4 years of experience in administration/budgeting or related field
Working knowledge of FOF mission, philosophy, values, and objectives
Knowledge of various software applications, i.e. Windows, Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
Skills, Abilities, and Special Talents/Gifts:
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
Excellent listening skills and ability to understand what others are communicating
Highly polished verbal skills; clarity of expression, good organization of thoughts and effective articulation

Pay Range: $35.00 to $42.00\hr
