Responsibilities

What you'll do:

As an Exterior Restoration Sales Representative, youll build relationships with homeowners and help move exterior restoration projects forward.

• Generate new business through door-to-door outreach and homeowner conversations.
• Conduct roof and exterior inspections to identify potential storm damage, following company safety procedures.
• Explain roofing, siding, and gutter restoration options.
• Help homeowners understand the restoration process and coordinate project information with your team.
• Present proposals, earn customers business, and follow up consistently.
• Keep customer communications and sales opportunities organized using company technology.

This is a field-based outside sales position involving neighborhood prospecting, ladder use, and physical roof inspections.

• Someone comfortable introducing themselves and building relationships from a cold start.
• Strong communication skills and dependable follow-through.
