Job Summary: The Exterior Production Associate is a role that helps Project Managers maintain project efficiency in the field. The individual will spend time in the warehouse, at supplier locations and active project sites handling material logistics, jobsite upkeep, and day-to-day errands under the direction of the Project Management team. Success in this role depends on clear communication, reliable follow-through, and the ability to carry out instructions accurately and consistently.
Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A
Responsibilities: Assist Project Managers with day-to-day tasks that keep active projects moving efficiently and on schedule
Deliver and pick up materials between warehouse, jobsites and designated supply houses as directed.
Keep jobsite areas clean and organized, including regular removal of debris and waste.
Transport and deliver dump trucks to be loaded or unloaded as needed.
Maintain consistent, professional communication with Project Managers, providing timely updates on tasks, deliveries, and site conditions.
Interact professionally with clients encountered in the field, representing Volpe Enterprises in a courteous and helpful manner.
Attendance & involvement in regular meetings with Management, Field Staff, and company-wide meetings.
Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
Operates safely in all conditions.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Follows company policies and procedures.
Must operate company vehicles and any other Volpe equipment safely.
Must maintain a clean driving record and valid drivers license while employed.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required
Must have good organization skills
Ability to follow instructions and multi-task
Valid driver’s license
Professional attitude and appearance
Must be authorized to work in the United States
