As an Extended Operations Support specialist, you make a difference by supporting and assisting our professional drivers, fleet managers, customers, and customer service team during non-business hours. As a result, you ensure the smooth and seamless operation of our business. This is gratifying work that will provide you with a high level of personal and professional satisfaction.

So you will need to be very adaptable, able to plan, organize, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks. You will also need to be a pro at analyzing, anticipating, and evaluating problems, solutions, and situations to draw logical conclusions and make well-informed decisions.

As a leader of people, you must empathize effectively, be a solid communicator, a first-rate listener, and possess a high level of self-awareness.

The Experience:

This is a mid-level position that requires proven leadership experience. No transportation experience is necessary. We will provide you with comprehensive training! This is a great opportunity for someone who has been working in retail management and is interested in making a career change.

The Schedule:

This opportunity offers tremendous work/life balance. This is an overnight schedule. You start your shift at 6:00 pm, and end at 6:00 am. You will work a unique 7 days on 7 days off schedule. You start your work week on Thursday, and it ends the following Wednesday. You then have the next 7 days off! You qualify for full-time pay and benefits. How cool is that?
