Starting at $18.50 per hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform express lane services — oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, and multi-point inspections.
• Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections on Volkswagen vehicles.
• Report necessary repairs to the service advisor accurately and promptly.
• Verify fluid levels and ensure vehicles are clean before return to customer.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Participate in required VW factory training and stay current on brand updates.
• Record all hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system.
• Follow all safety protocols, Safeguards rules, and company policies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Some automotive experience or technical training preferred — but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and a genuine eagerness to learn the Volkswagen platform.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts including rotating Saturdays and holidays
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is based primarily in the service area and involves movement around vehicles, working in various physical positions, and the safe operation of tools and equipment. May be exposed to loud noise, vibration, exhaust fumes, and other service conditions. Regular interaction with service advisors and the service manager.
