What You'll Do
As an Express Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping customers safely on the road while building the technical foundation for a successful automotive career.
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repair services according to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including brakes, steering, suspension, electrical systems, and air conditioning
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized service tools
- Conduct vehicle test drives when necessary
- Identify maintenance concerns and repair opportunities
- Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors
- Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Continuously learn new repair procedures, technology, and service standards

What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of automotive service experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to operate diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
