Diehl of Butler is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Write repair orders for express maintenance services
- Communicate recommended maintenance and service needs
- Coordinate vehicle flow through the express service lane
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Ensure every customer has an outstanding dealership experience
- Work closely with technicians and service staff to maximize efficiency
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Computer proficiency
- Automotive experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
