Qualified technicians have the opportunity to earn approximately $32,000–$50,000+ annually, depending on experience, skill level, productivity, certifications, and pay-plan structure.

QUICK LUBE / EXPRESS TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Quick Lube / Express Automotive Technician, your responsibilities may include:

• Perform engine oil and filter changes
• Perform tire rotations
• Mount and balance tires
• Perform tire repairs
• Check and adjust tire pressures
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections
• Test and replace automotive batteries
• Inspect brakes, tires, fluids, belts, hoses, and other vehicle components
• Replace engine air filters and cabin air filters
• Replace bulbs and wiper blades
• Check and top off vehicle fluids
• Perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance services
• Perform basic automotive maintenance and light mechanical repairs
• Identify additional maintenance and repair needs
• Learn proper automotive diagnostic and repair procedures
• Communicate vehicle concerns to Service Advisors and Automotive Technicians
• Follow Honda and dealership service procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Help provide an excellent dealership service experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're interested in candidates with automotive experience as well as mechanically inclined individuals who want to begin a career in automotive service.

Qualifications include:

• Automotive repair, maintenance, or service experience preferred
• Quick Lube, Express Service, Tire Technician, or Lube Technician experience is a plus
• Honda or dealership experience is a plus but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive repair
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance is helpful
• Ability and willingness to learn new automotive repair skills
• Strong work ethic
• Dependable attendance
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced automotive dealership
• Ability to follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
• Positive, professional attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Automotive experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

NO HONDA EXPERIENCE? WE STILL WANT TO TALK.

You don't necessarily need previous Honda dealership experience to apply.

Candidates with experience working at an independent auto repair shop, tire shop, quick lube center, oil-change facility, automotive service center, or another new-car dealership are encouraged to apply.
