What You'll Do
As an Automotive Lube Technician, you will perform routine maintenance and vehicle inspections in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
Responsibilities include:
Perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other minor maintenance services
Complete multi-point vehicle inspections, including tires, brakes, fluids, lights, and overall vehicle condition
Identify and communicate recommended maintenance or repair needs to the Service Advisor team
Work efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and attention to detail
Operate customer and dealership vehicles with care and professionalism
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe service area
Support the service team in delivering a smooth, timely, luxury-level customer experience
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow within the automotive service industry.
Qualifications include:
Basic mechanical understanding of vehicles
Previous lube technician, express technician, or quick-lube experience preferred
Ability to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Team-focused attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
Professional work ethic and willingness to learn
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
