Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Express Car Wash Manager to oversee our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, making sure we meet our goals on a monthly basis,and experience in managing car wash operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the car wash facility.
- Train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure high performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Familiar with DRB POS system.
- At Wash Master we focus a lot on memberships and acheivng our monthly goal.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the car wash weather its detail, express, or flex
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Basic understanding of car wash equipment and cleaning processes.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits:
