About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our client's team in the logistics sector. In this role, you will contribute to managing export information, overseeing shipping documents, and ensuring accurate communication of load information to all team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee information management using MS Excel and email for the export of sea containers.
• Perform SAP transactions to generate and ship inventory.
• Oversee and communicate shipping documents to a larger distribution group.
• Organize load information and communicate it effectively to all team members.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
• Experience with SAP transactions.
• Ability to lift 25lbs and stand/sit throughout the workday.
• Capability to work in warehouse conditions and wear personal protective equipment.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Experience in logistics or export operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
