This position involves entering data into databases, maintaining rate sheets, and reporting as needed. key_responsibilities : 1. Export Data Entry:Accurately enter and update high volumes of data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systemsReview data for errors, missing information, and inconsistencies; correct as neededCommunicate discrepancies or data issues to supervisors promptlyResponsible for entering pick tickets and orders in AS400 dailyMaintain internal rate sheet for ocean shipping contractsFollow established data entry procedures, naming conventions, and documentation standardsWork efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet daily and weekly goalsOral and written communication with transportation personnel2. Document Management:Protect confidential and sensitive information in compliance with company policiesSupport other administrative tasks related to records management and documentationMaintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and auditingAdditional responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary to support the overall goals and objectives ofthe position.
