REQUIREMENTS: Export Compliance Analyst
US Person
Bachelors degree, or a suitable combination of work experience and college credits
Knowledge of the Department of State International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
Experience managing legal tasks, files, deadlines, records
Creating and managing effective tracking tools
Project management related to legal matters, audits, assessments and investigations
Attention to detail.
Team player, proactive, self-motivated, highly organized, ability to handle shifting priorities as directed;
Communicate effectively and professionally (both orally and in writing);
Adhere to time requirements and schedule;
Exercise discretion and good judgement in the performance of duties and tasks assigned.,
JOB DESCRIPTION: Export Compliance Analyst
Prepares, submits and administers required export/import authorizations. Coordinates exports and imports in accordance with client policy and U.S. Government export regulations and laws.
Support the ES Global Trade (GT) team in conducting document reviews to determine compliance with USG export and import regulations.
Support the GT team in the file management of all investigation matters, including record keeping and tracking for matters of non-compliance, ad hoc compliance requests and disclosures;
Perform additional duties as assigned by the GT director.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE &SKILLS: Export Compliance Analyst
Experience drafting ITAR and EAR licenses.
Experience with OCR's EASE global trade management software.
