Expert Craftsman – Annapolis Area (Full-Time)
$30–32/hr to start (reviews at 1 & 3 months)Mon–Fri, 8–5 | No weekends
The work: residential + light commercial repairs and improvements. Mostly small-to-mid jobs, lots of variety.
What you’ll do
- Handle a wide range of carpentry, drywall, paint, flooring/tile, basic plumbing/electrical, doors/windows, exterior repairs
- Work independently and troubleshoot on site
- Communicate clearly with customers
- Close out job notes/materials in our phone app
- Keep a clean jobsite and professional appearance
What we need
- 20+ years hands-on experience
- Strong in multiple trades (service/repair mindset)
- Solid customer communication (explain scope, set expectations)
- Comfortable on ladders
- Reliable truck/van + professional tools
- Background check + references
