Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 per year + Benefits

Job Description

We are seeking an Experimental Operator to support laboratory crystallization experiments in a safe and controlled environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on laboratory experience operating reactors, collecting samples, maintaining detailed records, and supporting analytical testing while following established SOPs and safety standards.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Laboratory operations and experimental execution

Crystallization experiments

Reactor operation and monitoring

Sample collection, filtration, dilution, and labeling

Laboratory documentation and run sheets

Titration and sample preparation

IC and XRD sample submission

Laboratory safety and chemical handling

SOP compliance

Experimental data recording
