Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Execute laboratory crystallization experiments in accordance with established SOPs
• Operate and monitor the reactor system and follow defined temperature profiles and test conditions
• Perform time-sensitive sampling, including filtration, dilution, labeling, and documentation of liquid and solid samples
• Complete run sheets and maintain accurate experimental records, including observations, sample tracking, and deviations
• Support the collection of samples for analytical testing, including titration, and prepare samples for submission to the analytical labs for IC and XRD
• Maintain safe laboratory practices, particularly when handling heated alkaline process solutions
• Assist with general lab setup, cleanup, and preparation for subsequent experimental runs
