    Feline-Focused but Tired of Corporate?

Are you an experienced Veterinary Assistant who is confident in your technical skills but wants to work somewhere you’re more than just another set of hands?

At All Cats Clinic, we’re a privately owned, feline-focused practice where experienced team members are trusted, valued, and encouraged to use their skills.

No barking dogs. No mixed-species chaos. Just thoughtful feline medicine, a team that knows cats are different, and an environment focused on providing exceptional care.

If you take pride in your technical abilities, enjoy educating clients, and want to be actively involved in patient care, this is a role where you can truly make an impact.

    More Than "Just an Assistant"

We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Assistant who is ready to jump in, use their skills, and be an active member of the medical team.

    In this role, you’ll:

    • Assist doctors and technicians with exams, procedures, treatments, and patient care

    • Practice low-stress, feline-friendly patient handling and restraint

    • Perform venipuncture, including saphenous, jugular, and cephalic blood draws

    • Assist with in-house diagnostics, laboratory testing, and radiographs

    • Administer medications and assist with treatments as directed

    • Support patient care before, during, and after procedures

    • Provide clear, compassionate client education regarding medications, treatment plans, home care, and follow-up instructions

    • Help clients better understand their cat’s care and serve as a knowledgeable resource throughout their visit

    • Maintain accurate patient information and communicate effectively with doctors and technicians

    • Help maintain an efficient, organized clinical workflow

    Attention to Detail Matters

Great patient care doesn’t stop at collecting the sample.

We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of accuracy and attention to detail in sample collection and handling, including proper labeling, preparation, processing, and organization of diagnostic samples.

Whether you’re collecting blood, preparing laboratory samples, assisting with diagnostics, or documenting patient information, you understand that the details matter—and that accuracy directly impacts patient care.

    What We're Looking For

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for an assistant who already understands the pace and expectations of veterinary medicine and can confidently contribute to patient care.

    • 2–3 years of Veterinary Assistant experience required

    • Strong hands-on technical and patient care skills

    • Proficiency in venipuncture, including saphenous, jugular, and cephalic veins

    • Strong attention to detail, particularly with sample collection, labeling, handling, and processing

    • Confident, low-stress handling of feline patients

    • Strong client education and communication skills

    • Ability to clearly explain instructions and reinforce veterinarian-directed treatment plans

    • Organized and able to multitask in a busy clinical environment

    • Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented

    • Desire to continue learning and expanding your skills
