About the Role:Manufacturing Company in Fairfield, NJ is looking for a skilled and experienced Urethane Manufacturing Foreman to lead our production team. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise in urethane manufacturing will directly drive quality, efficiency, and team success. Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day urethane manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules and quality standards are met
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate production floor team members to maximize efficiency and output
- Monitor urethane mixing, casting, molding, and curing processes to ensure product consistency
- Enforce workplace safety protocols and OSHA compliance throughout the facility
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed
- Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions to minimize defects and waste
- Collaborate with management to optimize workflows, reduce downtime, and meet production targets
Requirements:- Proven experience in urethane, rubber, silicone, or polymer manufacturing
- Previous supervisory or foreman experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of urethane mixing, casting, and molding processes
- Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, work orders, and production schedules
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and safe handling of chemical materials
