Title: Telecommunications Tower Technician Level 3 (top hand)
Location: Nevada
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Telecommunications Tower Technician to join our team as a Level 3 technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams of technicians on complex projects, as well as providing technical guidance and support to junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams of technicians on complex projects, including assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians
- Perform advanced maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures
- Use hand and power tools, as well as test equipment, to complete tasks
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Train and mentor junior technicians
