Essential Job Duties
• Provide professional, courteous service to all guests, warmly acknowledging and greeting customers who play at or approach assigned games.
• Conduct table transactions accurately and provide required signatory validations in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of all signatory paperwork and related transactions.
• Safeguard the integrity of assigned games, including the protection of currency, chips, cards, dice, and all other gaming assets.
• Maintain full compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, company policies, and established business processes.
• Practice and promote open, clear, and effective two-way communication with all related departments and supervisory personnel.
• Interact professionally and positively with team members across the department and company to support strong rapport, teamwork, and effective cross-department communication.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company events and promotions and provide accurate information in response to guest inquiries.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
