About the Role:BLO Blow Dry Bar is looking for a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our upscale blow dry bar in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens, FL! This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your styling skills in a chic, high-energy environment where every client leaves feeling their absolute best. Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional blow dry and styling services tailored to each client's preferences
- Consult with clients to recommend styles, techniques, and finishing products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary styling station at all times
- Build and retain a loyal clientele through outstanding customer service
- Stay current on the latest blowout trends, styling techniques, and hair care products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, upscale salon experience
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements:- Valid Florida Cosmetology License required
- Proven experience in blow dry styling, updos, and finishing techniques
- Strong knowledge of hair types, textures, and styling tools
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional, polished appearance consistent with an upscale brand
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for the beauty industry
