Responsibilities include:
- Meet and greet customers in a friendly/professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service from intake to release of the vehicle, and perform any additional follow up
- Listen carefully to customer descriptions and assess the vehicle to determine the best repair plan
- Advise the customer on recommended auto repairs and offer a pricing quote Communicate effectively with technicians and parts employees
- Provide updates to customers on the progress
- Answer detailed questions about services performed and price information
- Maintain customer records
- Schedule appointments over the phone
Skills/Experience:
- Attention to detail Organization
- Effective communication - verbal and written
- Team player
- High school diploma/ GED
- Basic math skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Background checks and drug screens required
- Previous dealership experience preferred
- High School Diploma / GED
- Valid driver's license
- Maintain neat/clean/orderly work station
- Ability to learn new techniques/procedures
