2+ years of dealership Service Advisor experience
Strong customer communication and needs-analysis skills
Proven ability to sell recommended maintenance and repair
Comfortable managing high RO counts without sacrificing quality
Warranty and CP experience preferred
$120,000–$200,000+ annual income for top Advisors
