What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and other beverages with speed, accuracy, and consistency.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of liquor, cocktail recipes, ingredients, and proper bartending techniques.

• Deliver friendly, attentive, and engaging service that keeps guests coming back.

• Manage multiple drink and food orders efficiently during busy service periods.

• Build genuine relationships with regulars while making new guests feel welcome.

• Recommend cocktails, beverages, and menu items to enhance the guest experience.

• Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and running smoothly.

• Work alongside a supportive team during regular restaurant service, private parties, and special events.

• Maintain responsible alcohol-service practices and follow all applicable regulations.

Scheduling & Availability

We understand that great bartenders come from different professional backgrounds. Whether hospitality is your primary career or you're looking to earn additional income alongside another job, we welcome applicants who can bring the right skills, energy, and reliability to our team.

• Full-time and part-time positions

• Weekend availability required

• Shifts approximately 8–9 hours

• Daytime availability needed for private functions and special events

 Experience & Qualifications

Bartenders: Previous bartending experience is strongly preferred. Applicants should be comfortable preparing cocktails, managing a busy bar, handling multiple orders, and delivering excellent guest service.

Barbacks: Previous restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but we're also interested in dependable, motivated candidates who are eager to learn the business and develop their skills.

Experience in bartending, serving, or other front-of-house restaurant positions is highly valued.
