Position Overview
We are seeking experienced, full-cycle Sales Closers who can take ownership of the entire sales process—from inspection to signed contract—in the residential roofing space.
This is a high-performance, commission-driven role designed for professionals who:
Know how to close high-ticket deals
Want to earn well beyond average income

What You'll Do
Run pre-set and self-generated appointments with homeowners
Conduct roof inspections and identify storm or wear-related damage
Educate clients on:
Roofing systems and materials
Insurance claim process (when applicable)
Present tailored solutions and close contracts on the spot
Manage the full sales cycle:
Inspection Estimate Presentation Close
Build strong relationships through trust, transparency, and professionalism
Maintain pipeline activity and consistently hit production targets
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales (REQUIRED)
Strong ability to close high-ticket deals ($10K–$30K+)
Knowledge of insurance claims process (preferred)
Excellent communication, objection handling, and closing skills
Self-driven with a high-performance mindset
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
