What You'll Do
- Execute retail resets, remodels, and new store sets
- Read and implement planograms
- Build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise
- Capture before-and-after photos and complete reporting through our mobile app
- Work independently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Represent Strategic Retail Solutions professionally in retail locations
What We're Looking For
- Retail reset, remodel, or merchandising experience is strongly preferred
- Experience reading and executing planograms
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and building or moving fixtures
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with internet access
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to meet project deadlines
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced retail environment
