We are hiring Shift Leads for both full-time and part-time positions. Starting pay ranges from $20/hr-$22/hr, depending on experience, plus tips. If you re excited about leading a team and providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview

As a Shift Lead, you will support restaurant leadership and guide team members to deliver friendly, thoughtful service in a clean and engaging environment. Your responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor team deployment according to the schedule.
  
• Prepare for opening, transitions, and closing.
  
• Engage with guests to ensure service excellence, embodying our core values: Shine, Compassion, and Drive.
  
• Assist with food preparation and service as needed.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
  
• Complete shift administration tasks.
  
• Ensure compliance with health department regulations regarding cleanliness and food safety.
  
• Oversee team break schedules.
  
• Conduct regular inventory checks to keep the restaurant fully stocked.
  
• Communicate with the back-of-house team to ensure timely food preparation.
  
• Perform taste tests to maintain quality standards.
  
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members on procedures.
  
• Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  
• Evening/closing shifts 3-4 times per week.
