As an Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential heating and cooling equipment while providing homeowners with honest recommendations and outstanding customer care. You'll work independently, troubleshoot a variety of HVAC systems, and help customers improve the comfort and efficiency of their homes.
Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal system inspections
Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
Replace failed components and verify proper system operation
Clearly explain repair options and maintenance recommendations to customers
Complete accurate service documentation
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
At least one year of residential HVAC service or maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience working on residential heating and cooling systems
Professional communication and customer service abilities
Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
EPA certification or additional HVAC certifications are a plus
